Leonidas Enrique de la Rosa is Associate Professor at the Department of Economics and Business Economics, Aarhus University. He is educated as economist and received his MS in economics from the Universidad de los Andes, Colombia (1999), and received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of California at Berkeley (2006). His dissertation work focused on the effects of managerial overconfidence in contracting schemes and efficiency under different agency settings. His research interests lie in contract theory, analytical accounting, game theory, and psychology and economics.
