Lars German Hagsten is responsible for the graduate degree programme in architectural engineering, offered by Aarhus University, and group leader of the research group on Structural Analysis and Concrete Structures. Lars has worked at AU since 2005.
In 1995, Lars German Hagsten (born 1969) graduated in civil engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, where he also completed his PhD as a commercial researcher in 2000. He has approximately ten years of experience from Ramboll, Birch & Krogboe (now Alectia) – where he worked as a consultant engineer and specialist leader of brickwork constructions – and later from Cowi, where he worked with design and project engineering of mainly concrete and steel constructions, as well as acting as specialist leader.
