I study social and communication networks (e.g., emerging patterns of who socializes with whom and who talks to whom) to address organizational challenges, such as how workers effectively coordinate and collaborate with each other in teams and organizations and how organizations effectively facilitate these interactions to improve their performance. To resolve these challenges, I use various quantitative methods, such as online experiments, computer simulations, and advanced statistical approaches. As a postdoc, my main project investigates emergent patterns of interactions and consequences in organizations, in collaboration with Dorthe Døjbak Håkonsson, Erik Reimer Larsen, Christine Parsons, Gianluca Carnabuci (ESMT), and Eric Quintane (ESMT).
