Forskningsinteresser inkluderer: tekstvidenskab, editionsfilologi, digital kulturarv, dansk litteratur og boghistorie. Jeg er udgaveleder på Grundtvigs Værker (ved Center for Grundtvigforskning) og medstifter af Center for Digital Textual Heritage.
Jeg har skrevet ph.d.-afhandling med titlen Bytes, bøger og læsere. En editionshistorisk analyse af medieskiftet fra trykte til digitale videnskabelige udgaver med udgangspunkt i Søren Kierkegaards Skrifter. Ph.d.-projektet var en del af forskningsprojektet Dansk Editionshistorie.
Derudover har jeg været medredaktør på antologierne Detaljer. Guldalder og kærligheden til ord (Spring 2025), Boghistorie i Skandinavien (Aarhus Universitetsforlag 2023) og Kildeudgivelse og tekstkritik i forskellige traditioner (Syddansk Universitetsforlag 2022).
Jeg sidder i planlægningsgruppen for Nordisk Netværk for Editionsfilologer og i bestyrelsen for European Society for Textual Scholarship.
Jeg er også med i styregruppen for Nordisk Forum for Boghistorie og medlem af Det Danske Sprog- og Litteraturselskab.
