Ph.D in process engineering (bio-energy) from University of Leeds (UK). Working on process systems engineering (PSE), hydrothermal liquefaction, chemical energy storage, wastewater treatment and sustainability. Long experience in hydrothermal processes (liquefaction and carbonization), pyrolysis, combustion, gasification, methanation, biorefineries and wastewater treatment. Focusing on the design of sustainable processes which are environmentally friendly and economically feasible. Experience in working and managing both national and international research projects.
