Klaus has been a guest lecturer and visiting professor at numerous institutions around the world and is member of several editorial boards (Agribusiness, Appetite, Food Quality and Preference, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Customer Behaviour, Marketing ZFP). He has been serving on many scientific advisory boards, for example for ILSI Europe, Vion Food, Max Rubner Institute, KLICT and TransForum. He has also been serving as board member of several companies.

Teaching area
Klaus teaches courses in marketing at the MSc and MBA level.
