Personal profile

Profile

I am passionate about healthcare because of the many professionals who need to collaborate in order to provide the patient with a coherent, high-quality course of treatment.

I therefore study the Danish healthcare system from an organizational perspective. I have a special focus on the (professional) motivation of healthcare professionals as a key to implementation.

With a background in political science, I have solid qualitative skills and a good knowledge of quantitative methods. As a former employee in the Ministry of Health, I also have solid insight into the dynamics of the healthcare system.

Job responsibilities

My primary area of work is to explore how the healthcare system can be better organized for people with multimorbidity. Here, there are truly many professions and sectors in play.

I have previously worked with this field for research purposes in relation to people with mental ilnessess who wanted a municipal job effort, as well as people with low back pain.
