PhD student researching social dynamics within sustainable transitions in everyday life.
As a PhD student on the project Towards Climate Friendly Vacation Practices, I am investigating what characterises travel practices and imaginaries of young adults, and how social media based processes of informal learning, normative negotiation, and meaning-making can help inspire a transition towards climate-friendly vacation practices.
My research employs a practice theory approach. I am particularly concerned with conceptualising how people act as crossing points for and negotiate meanings across different practices.
