Personal profile

Profile

PhD student researching social dynamics within sustainable transitions in everyday life.

As a PhD student on the project Towards Climate Friendly Vacation Practices, I am investigating what characterises travel practices and imaginaries of young adults in times of climate an ecological emergency, and how processes of informal learning, normative negotiation, and meaning-making can help spark transition towards climate-friendly vacation practices.

My research employs a practice theory approach. I am particularly concerned with conceptualising how people act as crossing points of practices and how learning and meaning-making takes place within and across practices.
