Profile

Katie is a Postdoctoral Fellow whose research focuses on sustainable food and behaviour change. She is currently working on the projects ‘FoodCLIC’ (funded by the European Union’s Horizon Europe Innovation Actions Programme) and ‘Kitchen Adventure’ (funded by EIT Food). Both projects aim to promote sustainable and healthy food consumption among consumers and Katie is responsible for helping evaluate the impact of the activities delivered by these projects.

Other projects Katie is involved in include understanding the impact of religion on attitudes towards climate change, examining researchers’ knowledge of sustainable research practices and exploring consumers’ acceptance of sustainable fashion, while previous research has focused specifically on the plant-based meat, plant-based dairy and sustainable palm oil industries.
