  • research group coordination, reporting, travels and calendar management, meeting and event planning, communications, general secretary support, etc.
  • coordinator of collaborations, research events, and visits
  • coordinating employments with the HR department
  • onboarding and post-arrival assistance for new group members and guests in the research group
