I am a sensory and psychophysical scientist. My primary research focuses on how tastes influence each other, and the broader flavor interactions during eating. A key aspect of this research utilizes the split-tongue gustometer I developed during my PhD. This setup allows the study of the mechanisms behind taste interactions.
