Research

Julia's main research interests are behavioral and experimental economics. Recent research focusses on goal setting, nudging, social norms and applications of behavioral economics to education economis. She published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Journal of Economic Theory, and Theoretical Economics, among others. She is Associate Editor for the Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, Mercator Fellow at the KD2 School at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and a CEPR Affiliate.
