Particle-number estimation with special emphasis on the disector and fractionator

Research output: Contribution to journal/Conference contribution in journal/Contribution to newspaperConference articleResearchpeer-review

A design based study on how to stereologically estimate the number of particles in sections without making any assumptions about the size or shape of the particles is presented. It points to the need of coming up with a 3-dimensional information for the reason that the geometric characteristic of the O-dimensional number is cardionality.
