We aim to improve the accuracy of tumour segmentation on medical imaging with interactive deep-learning based image segmentation and a spectral microCT scanner. Additionally, we also develop machine-learning tools to analyze big-data cotaining longitudinal imaging information before and after radiotherapy. We also work on automatic morbidity scoring on medical photos.
