Profile
My research is on nutrition of mainly pigs in relation to production, climate and environmental impact. The research includes intake, turnover, utilization and requirements with special focus on minerals, proteins and amino acids. In addition, I am responsible for building up a research area on nutrition of insects for industrial production.
