PhD title: A modelling approach to predict the effects of a targeted nitrogen (N) regulation on winter wheat yield and quality and on N losses to the environment

This project is a part of a work package in the Future Cropping project, which is carried out in cooperation between various companies and Universities. The purpose of this project is mainly to improve modelling prediction of N fertilizer uptake and N leaching in winter wheat fields in order to assess production and environmental effects of introducing a targeted N regulation system, where different areas have different N-quotas based on production potential, soil, climate and leaching risks.
