Iris Maria Pedersen is a pedagogical consultant and teaching developer at Centre for Educational Development (CED). As the project lead of the LMS (Brightspace) implementation project at the Faculty of Health, she is responsible for both the system- and the pedagogical implementation.
Her educational background is Bachelor of Education (BEd), and MSc in Education Science and her field of expertise is higher education teaching and educational development. Her special interest fields are organizational learning, Educational IT and pedagogical competence development.
She has substantial teaching experience – both in-class and blended formats – and is the primary developer of AU’s online GDPR-course for students. In addition to Brightspace implementation, she does online course development, qualitative research, and teaches a variety of courses on pedagogics and didactics.
