Personal profile

Research

I am conducting research on the mechanisms of progressive kidney disease with particular focus on the transition of acute kidney injury towards chronic kidney disease. Using longitudinal intravital 2-photon microscopy, my goal is to understand the dynamic cellular interactions contributing to disease and to identify novel drug targets to prevent and ease chronic kidney disease.

Profile
