Personal profile

Research

My research explores the intersection of language technology and education, focusing on how generative AI can support learning processes.

Drawing on my interdisciplinary background in cognitive science, I combine technical AI insights with a nuanced understanding of human cognition. Using mixed-methods and experimental research designs, I investigate AI interactions and experiences. My prior research focused on how writers integrate AI into creative writing processes.

Job responsibilities

As a research assistant at the Centre for Educational Development at Aarhus University, I am preparing for a PhD project on generative AI in higher education. My research will investigate the impact of language technologies on learning environments. The project is still under development, but will likely explore generative AI as a reflective tool for self-regulated learning.
