I work primarily with barley and wheat using molecular biology tools to study quality characters in the crops. My main competences and activities are the following:
- Gene expression profiling in cereals
- DNA microarray technology
- Senescens in cereals in relation to remobilization of nutrients
- NAC transcription factors
- Defense responses in plants towards patogens.
