Baran Siyahhan is Assistant Professor at the Department of Business and Economics since 2010. Prior to joining Aarhus University, he received his PhD degree in Finance from Vienna Graduate School of Finance. His research covers mainly the corporate finance, capital structure theory and investment policy and real options. He has taught classes on corporate valuation and international business finance.
