PhD project investigating the effect of six months of physiotherapist-led exercise, compared to usual care, as the first-line treatment for patients with femoroacetabular impingement syndrome (FAIS).

Cooperation and dissemination

In 'The Better Hip Trial', where we investigate the effect of a six-month physiotherapist-led exercise intervention compared to usual care for patients with femoroacetabular impingement syndrome (FAIS), I collaborate with five Danish hospitals: Aarhus University Hospital, Aalborg University Hospital, Odense University Hospital, as well as Horsens Hospital and Hvidovre Hospital. Additionally, in 'The Better Hip Trial', I collaborate with La Trobe Sport and Exercise Medicine Research Centre in Melbourne, Australia.

Teaching

As part of my PhD studies, I teach:

Basic Biostatistics Part 1: Fall 2024 + Spring 2025.

Basic Biostatistics Part 2: Fall 2024 + Spring 2025.

Additionally, I participate in supervising MSc students.
