I am chair of Danish Pain Research Center under Department of Clinical Medicine, AU. My research field is the mechanisms and treatment of neuropathic pain.
Job responsibilities
Current research areas include painful polyneuropathy as a consequence of diabetes and chemotherapy, neuropathic pain following surgery and injury, painful radiculopathy, pain in spinal cord injury and syringomyelia, Guillain-Barré Syndrome, and complex regional pain syndrome, randomized controlled trials and systematic reviews.
