I am a department secretary at the Administrative Centre Health at Aarhus University, where I am part of Health Building Services and Health Building Operations. My education has given me a solid administrative and financial foundation in my work.

My primary tasks include invoice processing for the entire Building Operations at Health, as well as absence administration in Mit HR. In addition, I handle responsibilities related to access control, room bookings outside regular opening hours, and key administration.

As a department secretary, I have a broad role with many different responsibilities, where I emphasize structure, reliability, and good service. I work closely with both internal and external partners and contribute to the smooth operation of the buildings at Health.

Teaching

I have a recent diploma in Public Administration, a Statonom training and a Merkonom training in Economics as well as an office training as an all-round office assistant.

Job responsibilities

My primary job is handling invoices for the entire Building Operations at HE. I am also the absence administration in My HR for the entire Building Operations.

I also work with access control, room bookings after opening hours and the issuance/return of keys.

I am also a department secretary and have many different tasks.
