I have been focusing on exogenous xylanase addition in high-fibre diets as well as the impact of meal size and frequency on digestibility of nutrients and transit time. More recently, I have transposed my fibre knowledge from monogastrics to ruminants to investigate the potential of algae has feed ingredient for dairy cattle. 

Skills in digestibility trial organization and realization (pig and dairy cattle), analytical chemistry, data analysis and animal nutrition.
