I have been focusing on exogenous xylanase addition in high-fibre diets as well as the impact of meal size and frequency on digestibility of nutrients and transit time. More recently, I have transposed my fibre knowledge from monogastrics to ruminants to investigate the potential of algae has feed ingredient for dairy cattle.
