Dorthe Staunæs is professor of socialpsychology with speciel interest in affect, diversity (gender,  race, and ethnicity) and leadership in Education 

Current research issues  

1) Feminist, affective-discursive-materiel metodologies, performativity  and affirmativ critique

2) Posthuman, new materialist and poststrukturalist conceptualizations  

3) Gender, race/racialization and intersectionality 

4) Affect, subjectification and  'soft governance' 

5) Diversity work, moods and affective athmospheres

6) Data, affect and race

7) Affective pedagogy, eksperimentel leadership, learning labs
