Personal profile

Research

Ditlev E. Brodersen researches the mechanisms that enable microorganisms, especially bacteria, to survive and resist challenges such as antibiotics and viruses in their environments. Using structural biology, biochemistry, and microbiology, this work aims to gain a deep understanding of these processes. This knowledge can be applied to develop new treatments for infectious diseases.

Teaching

Ditlev E. Brodersen teaches Biomolecular Structure and Function, Immunology and Microbiology, and Introduction to Molecular Biology.
