Profile

I am employed as a senior scientist at the Department of Engineering (ENG).

Research area

My research focuses on the following topics:

System technology/operations management involving operations analyses, and modelling  optimisation and evaluation of production systems and decision support related to operations, logistics and supply chain management. Specifically, research topics include resource analyses and optimisations, novel information technologies for data acquisition, integration of technical management evaluations for whole farm analyses and optimisations, evaluation of innovative agricultural production systems, the feasibility of introducing robotic systems in agriculture, etc. In recent years, information system design have played a significant role in terms of identifying information types and information flows in relation to control and management of systems, requirements for design of ICT systems as well as information valuation.
