Kære studerende

Jeg vil her afklare nogle af de forventninger, som jeg har til et eventuelt samarbejde i forhold til hvad min vejledning indebærer og hvad jeg forventer af dig. Det skal understreges, at jeg synes det er mest hensigtsmæssigt løbende at forventningsafstemme da tingene jo hele tiden udvikler sig. Derfor vil jeg afslutte hver vejledning med at vi ganske kort drøfter vores fremadrettede samarbejde og om der er noget der skal justeres.

Hvad kan jeg vejlede om?                                                                                                                    

Hvis du ønsker faglig indsigt, herunder forslag til litteratur og kendskab til særlige problemstillinger skal du skrive inden for emner der vedrører arbejds- og organisationspsykologi. Derudover kan jeg også give vejledning i udførelsen af kvalitative empiriske specialer. Ligger dit emne uden for dette kan jeg primært vejlede i selve processen med at rammesætte og konkret strukturere/skrive et speciale med en psykologisk problemstilling. Du er dermed i større grad ansvarlig for inddragelse af relevant litteratur.

Hvad vejleder jeg på?

Jeg vejleder på din problemformulering og synopsis og på konkrete tekster/afsnit du udarbejder. Jeg gen-læser som grundregel ikke afsnit jeg tidligere har læst, men forventer, at du selv går tilbage og redigerer i teksten i henhold til vores drøftelser. Formålet hermed er bl.a. at sikre fremdrift i skriveprocessen.


Jeg forventer at du selv har styr på at overholde al formalia angående specialet (jf. studieordningen). Jeg overholder formalia hvad angår vejledningstimeforbrug – dvs. ca. 5-6 møder á typisk en time.

Hvad jeg forventer af dig

-at du inden første vejledningsgang har læst tilstrækkeligt til at kunne formulere en allerførste problemformulering (med emne og afgræsning) samt et allerførste synopsis-udkast, gerne så detaljeret som muligt

-at du til hver vejledningsgang som udgangspunkt har noget læsbart tekst, som jeg kan læse og vejlede på. (det kan også være en redigeret synopsis). Det er vigtigt for at vores vejledningsgange at vi har noget konkret at forholde os til.

-at du derfor også meddeler mig hvis du ikke har fået skrevet noget – vi kan så drøfte hvad der konkret skal til for at du kan komme videre i din skrivning, men afholder ikke en decideret hel times vejledning.

-at du overholder vores aftalte deadline for at sende tekst inden vejledningsgang: typisk 1-2 hverdage før. Og at du kort skriver i mailen hvad du særligt gerne vil have jeg kigger på, samt eventuelle spørgsmål/ting vi skal drøfte.

-at du siger til, hvis der er noget du er i tvivl om/ikke har forstået eller har særligt behov for, at jeg kigger på og vejleder i.

Vi lægger ud med, hvad du har af punkter du gerne vil drøfte til mødet, eks. problemer du er stødt på siden sidst.

Vi drøfter disse punkter – sammen med de punkter jeg selv har på efter at have læst din tekst. Typisk vil jeg begynde med det vigtigste (og måske sværeste) og så slutte af med diverse redigeringsopgaver som du løbende skal arbejde med.
