Diet and incidence of non-communicable diseases, focussing on sustainable diets and statistical methods, and the development and consequences of obesity.

Profile

As Associate Professor in Epidemiology with an interest in diet, climate, obesity and health, I work with large cohort studies, including the Diet, Cancer and Health cohort, the European Prospective Investigation into Cancer and Nutrition cohort, the UK Biobank, and the Danish national registers. My degrees are in epidemiology and molecular biology.
