I have been employed at DIAS since 2000, and my present tasks at the Dept. of Animal Health and Bioscience for the research group Integrative physiology comprise:
- Autoanalyser: Running in, method validation, analyses of plasma/serum/urine, enzyme measurements, metabolite and immunological measurements.
- Fluorescence measurements: Milk and plasma samples.
Previous tasks:
- ELISA: Various cytokines, IgA IgM IgG, osteocalcin, HPTH
- Flow-injection analyses (FIA)
- Sample collection in the cattle barn
- In Vitro stimulation
- Bacteriological examinations
