I have worked with system administration, user experience, IT development, and requirements specification since 2005. Since 2016, I have specialised in learning technology.
My tasks are at the intersection of technology and end users, where my role is to ensure an optimal use of what the technology has to offer in relation to the needs of the users.
I have a Master's degree in English and Film & TV.
Job responsibilities
I am a business consultant and system administrator for AU's learning management system, Brightspace. In this capacity, I am responsible for, among other things, configuring the system according to pedagogical and operational requirements.
As a business consultant, I am part of the LMS Management team, which oversees the day-to-day operations and governance of Brightspace.
