Research
In my research, I focus on the following topics:
- The social networks of immigrants. With a particular emphasis on their relationships with ethnic majority members.
- Immigrants' integration and citizenship. Including: participation in politics and civic society, and participation on the labour market.
- More generally, I am interested in:
- the importance of friendships and other social relationships for the well-being and success of individuals
- socialisation and political sociology.
My supervisors are Rune Stubager and Kristina Bakkær Simonsen.
