Children experience and learn about them selves and their life world in ways that involve direct embodied sensory processes as well ass social and cultural meanings of movement and expression. Such embodied experiences and learning processes contribute to childrens' resources and opportunities in their home, kindergarten and school. The article conceptualises how such experiences involve intergenerational social inequalities.
