Theoretically, my postdoc is in the area of organizational theory focusing on projects and project management - including evaluation of projects.

Empirically, my postdoc investigates how a new project methodology works and makes a difference in the Danish industry – ranging from small to large companies and soft to hard projects.

Methodologically, my postdoc is an engaged scholarship study drawing on pragmatism and social constructivism – to utilize mixed methods including qualitative and quantitative data.

Empirically, my PhD takes point of departure in the financial crisis marking the early decades of the 21st century. In specific, I investigate how members of the financial industry experience and handle the crisis.

Methodologically, my PhD relies on an inductive approach which is based on qualitative analysis of rich data. In specific, I conduct un-structured to semi-structured interviews with members of the financial industry who narrate how they experience and handle the crisis.

Theoretically, my PhD draws on an interpretive paradigm and centers around cognitive, emotional and existential issues. In specific, I explore how members of the financial industry make sense, feel and identify during the crisis.

Previously I have worked as a consultant and project manager in the private sector.
