Scientific Coordinator

Handles the contract with the Danish Ministry of Environment and Food,

Works with research strategy and external funding within the areas of environment, climate, nature and energy. Has a background in environmental research as well as in economic and policy analysis from the Danish Economic Councils. Is a certified project manager and facilitator.

Is coordinator for Aarhus University in Climate-KIC Nordic

Serves as national contact point for the Partnership for European Environmental Research - www.peer.eu.

Serves as national expert on the Governing Board of JPI Climate.

Is co-editor of the Danish Journal 'Vand og Jord'

Organizes foresight activities and conferences within environmental science, with the aim of bringing together science, policy and business to form the strategic environmental research of the future. Organiser of the first and second ‘Science for the Environment’ Conference in 2011 and 2013.

Helps researchers with all aspects of seeking research funding: providing professional feedback on research ideas; strategy consulting and localization of funding programmes. Offers also to assist in the writing of research proposals.
