Ana's research interests lie primarily in the intersection between innovation management, strategy and organizational behavior. Ana's research agenda encompasses three lines of inquiry. The first one concerns how firms organize and define their internal processes and systems, capabilities and attitudes to support external knowledge sourcing. The second one emphasizes the transition to entrepreneurship from an identity perspective. The third one concentrates on the link between cognition and creativity at the individual level. In terms of methods, she applies both qualitative and quantitative methods with focus on the latter.
