Adam Pažout is a Post-doctoral researcher at the Centre for Urban Network Evolutions (UrbNET), employed in the context of the MINERVA project, headed by Tom Brughmans, focusing on the transport system of the Roman Empire. Among his research interests belong Roman roads, Roman army, Hellenistic and Roman fortifications, landscape archaeology, GIS and computational methods in archaeology. Particular region of interest is the Levant and Israel in particular.
