Profile
I study contaminants in the Arctic, both from local sources and long-distance sources, for environmental assessments. Most of my research focus on trace metals. I apply a range of analytical techniques with main focus on mass spectrometry for measurements of total concentrations and isotope ratios. Program manager for the AMAP Core biota monitoring programme in Greenland and Head of the Trace Metal & Isotope Geochemistry Laboratory at ECOS-AU, Roskilde, Denmark.
