Official description:
"By any metric, The Leadership Quarterly is a top journal in management and applied psychology, and the most prestigious journal specialized in the science of leadership. The journal's impact has been constantly increasing as a result of the current editorial team's passion for publishing robust and reliable science that can inform practice and theory. The journal considers manuscripts from traditional disciplines that have contributed to it like management, organizational behavior, or industrial-organizational psychology. However, it also actively encourages submissions from economics, sociology, political science, other areas of psychology (e.g., differential and social psychology), as well as from the biological and evolutionary sciences. How best to navigate the publication process in this journal? What do the editors look for in manuscripts? What can you as a submitter do to increase the likelihood of your manuscript getting into review and ultimately accepted? Join this webinar where you can meet the Editor-in-Chief, John Antonakis, who will present the journal and field your questions."
