Recently available climate change data from the EURO-CORDEX project is used to create new hourly heat and cooling demand time series suitable for use in most energy system analysis tools. The time series are bias corrected using the detailed heat and cooling density maps from the Heat roadmap Europe project. The time series are then used to assess the impact of climate change on scenarios with a highly electrified heating and cooling sector for a number of European countries.
