Description
Hitherto no non-target studies have been done with earthworms exposed to RNAi, thus the WG3 of iPLANTA is void of this information for its purpose of collecting non-target biosafety information as well as protocols describing how this should be done. Such studies are needed for the risk assessment of upcoming RNAi and must be performed with due consideration to realistic exposure routes. Therefore, the aim of my scientific mission is to select existing dsRNA already in use or in the pipeline and expose them to earthworms thorough their food.| Period | 1 Feb 2018 → 28 Apr 2018 |
