The mission of the Quantitative Imaging network (QIN) is to improve the role of quantitative imaging for clinical decision making in oncology by the development and
validation of data acquisition and analysis methods in carefully designed therapy trials, and to create tools to improve the measurement of response to drug or radiation therapy in order to predict outcome better and thus tailor treatment to individual patients.
