Member of Scientific Committee

Dear colleague, We are grateful to your national society for nominating you to the Scientific Committee for Social and Behavioural Section of the IAGG-ER 8th Congress in Dublin next year. We are now at the happy stage of having received over 100 symposia submissions, and are now turning to our Scientific Committees for assistance in adjudicating their suitability for the Congress. Please confirm by return email that you have received this email so that we can continue in communication! We aim to send no more than ten symposium abstracts to each member of the Scientific Committee, and we aim to send you a selection of abstracts for adjudication on Monday 13th October 2014, with a view to having your response by Friday 24th October 2014. We are using an electronic abstract system from Oxford Abstracts, which we have found suitable for international and national meetings, and the link, adjudication guidelines and passwords will be sent to you on Monday 13th October 2014. On behalf of the IAGG-ER, we are grateful to you and your national society for assisting us in this very important aspect of the maintenance of scholarship in gerontology. Yours sincerely.
