Description
A guest lecture exploring the factors that have gone into the distinctive -- and to many observers -- inflated reputation and status enjoyed both in life and in death by John Fitzgerald Kennedy, US President from 1961 to 1963. These factors range from his family heritage and personal life story via his inherited wealth, campaign skills, media profile and rhetoric to the historical, social and political contexts within which he pursued his political career - and the circumstances of his sudden death.
