Abstract

The purpose of this working paper is to present the experiences and knowledge accumulated during the first 30 months of the project for use by future project
owners, managers, and consultants to help them ensure from the greatest possible benefits from their development projects.
In this second working paper, we follow up on the experiences presented in Working Paper I. We ground our new experiences on a significantly larger
set of activities and more comprehensive data, including the professional development courses for teachers, which we now have completed at all eight
schools, and the schools' responses to the project activities in the form of what we refer to as reflection papers up to the end of 2021. Furthermore, two
meetings were held with each of the participating schools and data include the experiences shared at these meetings.
