Source Attribution of Atmospheric VOCs at Villum Research Station

Publikation: KonferencebidragPosterForskningpeer review

The goal of this project is to qualify, quantify, and attribute sources of VOCs at Villum Research Station (VRS) using PTR-ToF-MS and HYSPLIT. Total VOC (TVOC) levels at VRS exhibited a negative correlation with wind speed, likely due to dilution of the air mass. TVOC levels also appear to be influenced by air mass source region. Higher mixing ratios were associated with snowpack and marginal ice zones. Lower mixing ratios were connected with sea ice and open water.
