Digitally mediated teaching during the corona lockdown in spring 2020: Space philosophy, interaction theory and phenomenology

The presentation provides an overview of three research reports about the digitally mediated teaching during the lockdown in Denmark. The reports provide a not so positive view on how the teaching was handled. The presentation admits that the teaching could have been better, but at the same time argues that there is a clear correlation to poor education of the teachers, and that it must not become an argument against the use of digital media in education. The presentation does not say that digital mediated teaching can replace physical teaching, but that there were also good results (the grades were as good as they used to be), and that the teaching and the observations of it (the research reports´ focus) could be better, if the ontology of cyberspace were taken into account. Last the presentation provides some qualitative cases showing examples of good teaching during the lockdown.
