Abstract— Bluetown is a Denmark based telecommunication
company presently working in India from 2006, and want to
spread its business in the northwest of India. Inspire of having
sufficient and suitable infrastructure this company is not able to
reach the last mile connectivity with moderate profit. This paper
is focusing on the recent two challenges assigned by the company
as, To generate at least $100 revenue per tower to overcome the
operating cost, to deploy satellite backhaul connection to give
voice-over connectivity in Assam and Bihar. This problem
parallelly plotted and explained with the help of Bee board and
Bee star which are recent tools in business modeling.
